The specific questions we ask will depend on the position you’re applying for, but all our questions are intended to help us understand your capabilities and potential to grow. Most positions are full-time, but we do occasionally have part-time roles.
We work in a way that we call "Smart Working". This enables us a business to work in partnership with our employees to work in a way that works for everyone; including our customer! In more recent times the majority of our roles are set up as a hybrid of working from home and in the office (dependant on role and business). Employees regularly work with their managers on a case-by-case basis to evaluate flexible work arrangements, including part-time, job-sharing, and telecommuting based on employee and business needs. If flex-work is important to you, be sure to mention it to your recruiter so they can find out if it’s possible in the role you’re pursuing.
There are many jobs for which the company might be able to sponsor visas, depending on the requirements of the job and the qualifications of the candidate. Feel free to ask the recruitment team upfront to know if this could be possible or not.
We are welcoming our former colleagues and AXA alumni and will look at their applications with the same level of attention.
